Discussion of the book: chapter by chapter, claim by claim. Corrections welcome and acknowledged.

Just a small correction from reading the preview pages on Amazon.

The energy density graph shows hydrogen as 5.6 MJ/kg. The correct figure is around 120 MJ/kg. It is the most energy-dense fuel in weight terms.

Obviously only significant if that wrong figure has been used to show something elsewhere in the book.

Thanks, Jake. You’re right, and you’re not the first to spot it. The bar showed the energy in a litre of hydrogen at 700 bar, not a kilogram. It’s been removed, and the corrections, including the knock-on changes on pages 15 and 50, are at [theenergytrap.org/errata](https://theenergytrap.org/errata). It didn’t affect the argument in that chapter or elsewhere in the book. Corrections are exactly what this category is for. Did anything else in the preview stop you?
